CVT Features
The CVJ gearbox for heavy forklifts pioneered by our factory adopts a combination of mechanical and hydraulic transmission, which is a new torque transmission method in China.
The torque output by the engine is first split into mechanical and static pressure parts for variable speed and torque transmission, and then merges to the output shaft. The transmission ratio is controlled by controlling the ratio of the mechanical and static pressure to achieve the speed ratio. Continuously adjustable.
1. Compared with the currently widely used AT (hydraulic) transmission system, it can save energy and reduce emissions by more than 25%. It is also more energy-efficient than hydrostatic transmission, especially suitable for large-tonnage forklifts of 16 tons or more;
2. Compared with the traditional gearbox, the starting torque is large, the acceleration is stable, the operation is easy and precise, the speed ratio is continuously variable, the comfort is the best, and the transmission efficiency is high;
3. The micro-motion function is more convenient for the driver to operate. Compared with the traditional micro-motion function, it has the advantages of no power loss and low gearbox oil temperature.

Description:

3. The power system is equipped with an air-to-air cooling radiator to reduce the temperature of the intake air of the engine, increase the amount of intake air, and increase the power of the engine.
