• Automation Level 1: Plastic parts & sprue materials should be taken by hands from plastic mould, plastic parts should be trimed before final plastic parts could be gained.
• Automation Level 2: Plastic parts should be taken by hands from plastic mould, while sprue materials would demold from plastic mould automatically, no need to trim plastic parts.
• Automation Level 3: Plastic parts demold automatically from plastic mould, while sprue materials should be taken by hands from plastic mould, no need to trim plastic parts.
• Automation Level 4: Plastic parts & sprue materials demold automatically from plastic mould, plastic parts should be trimed before final plastic parts could be gained.
• Automation Level 5: Plastic parts & sprue materials demold automatically from plastic mould, no need to trim plastic parts.
• Automation Level 6: Plastic parts should be taken by hands from plastic mould, no sprue materials. (For hot runner plastic mould)
