Automation Level 1. The product and the gate material are manually taken out of the mold, and the gate material needs to be trimmed before the product is the final product.
Automation Level 2. The product is manually taken out of the mold, and the gate material is automatically separated from the mold, and the gate material does not need to be trimmed. The product is the final product after it comes out of the mold.
Automation Level 3. The product is automatically separated from the mold, and the gate material is manually taken out of the mold, and the gate material does not need to be trimmed. The product is the final product after it comes out of the mold.
Automation Level 4. The product and the gate material are automatically separated from the mold, and the gate material needs to be trimmed. The product is the final product after it comes out of the mold.
Automation Level 5. The product and the gate material are automatically separated from the mold, and the gate material does not need to be trimmed. The product is the final product after it comes out of the mold.
Automation Level 6. The product is the final product after it is manually taken out of the mold, without the gate material (generally hot runner).
Automation Level 7. The product is the final product after it is fully automatically separated from the mold, without the gate material (generally hot runner).
Automation Level 8. The product and the gate material are automatically separated from the mold, and the gate material needs to be trimmed. The product is the final product, (hot runner to cold runner).
Automation Level 9. The product is demolded by a robot, and after leaving the mold, it is the final product, without gate material (generally hot runner)
Automation Level 10. The product is demolded by a robot, and after leaving the mold, it is the final product, with gate material.
